Information discussed during your telephone consultation is used to prepare a personalised hypnotherapy plan, ensuring your plan is focused on the positive change you want to make in your life.

You will be gently guided into hypnotic relaxation.

You will always be in control and have nothing to fear.

Following hypnotherapy, you will feel relaxed, calm and refreshed.

 £85  Stop Smoking / Vaping 90mins

 £30  Mental Health Booster 45mins

Includes phone consultation prior to initial appointment
