What to expect at your appointment
I use information we discuss during your telephone consultation to prepare your personalised hypnotherapy plan, focused on the positive changes you want to make.
You will always be in control and have nothing to fear.
Hypnotherapy relaxation helps you to feel relaxed, calm and refreshed.
My aim is always to ensure you have just the right number of sessions to make the positive change you want to make.
Everyone responds differently and so, excluding the weight management program, I never ask you to commit to a set number of sessions. We discuss and agree your plan including frequency and number of sessions, empowering you to take control as we work together on the changes and progress that you want to make in your life.
